Public Relations Coordinator                                                                                         2019 - 2021

The National Board of Chiropractic Examiners is a national testing agency that ensures professional competency of licensed chiropractors through the board exams they provide. Exam administrations occurred monthly, ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 students testing simultaneously. My job as the public relations coordinator involved:

• ​Developed, scheduled, and distributed public-facing content, including press releases, social media content, as well as website redevelopment and updates for the company websites: mynbce.org, nbce.org, and ibce.org.
• Served as the English Editor for the Practice Analysis of Chiropractic 2020 and ensured a cohesive narrative structure throughout the publication.
• During COVID-19, informed chiropractic students, colleges, and state licensing boards of changing state and federal regulations regarding exam sites through email campaigns, social media posts, and website updates.
• Conducted health pre-screening by email ahead of each exam administration.
• Coordinated national email communications through Constant Contact.
• Wrote article for trade publication Dynamic Chiropractic.
• Promoted scholarship and study materials through social media campaigns.
• Implemented Google Analytics to our websites in order to assess traffic flow.​
• Designed presentations for executive leadership meetings.​
